Can an employer be 'biased' to disabled employees because they get a tax credit?? What should I know?

They don't get a tax break for being "biased". There may be programs where they get tax breaks for employing disabled people. You you are not disabled and someone got hired when you did not that may appear to be biased as it applies to you. If you are not in a protected class they can be as "biased" as they want.
