How much working tax credit am i entitled to?
You really need to speak to the DWP and tax credits people.

You can apply online. You can call them and they can give you a vague idea but be warned they can give you false information!

I took on more hours at my work a while ago after they told me I qualified for help towards childcare costs and what do you know, when I phoned them to give all the info to them they sent me a letter saying I wasn't entitled to a penny.

I only receive a very small amount of child tax credit (not working families tax credit) and they even managed to mess that up!! Even though I pointed out their massive error in May 2004 they STILL haven't sorted it out! be very careful.

Your local citizens advice will help you but also be careful because you may get money from tax credits but it may end up being deducted from your disability. (this happened to someone I know, hers was knocked off her widows allowance!)
Reply:Not to sure mate sorry but the best thing to do is to talk to someone at the DWP or check out their website im sure that would be able to help you
Reply:From today 20/01/2007 until 05/04/2007 your entilted to £968.36 based on a estimated yearly earnings of £5564.00 per a tax year this will be paid over the period stated. To claim you will have to be over 16, a U.K national and not subject to immagration control.

To get a application pack and get further details call the tax credits helpline:0845 300 3900. or if you want to check your entiltment online go to the below website, click tax credits and then Tax Credits On-line, then Do I qualify?
Reply:Congratulations on working part time, I am sure this will improve your life and well being so much. Unlike all the usual lazy dole scum who don't want to work!! I hope you receive what your entitled to. Good Luck
Reply:you will only get the higher rate if you are getting disability living allowance higher rate, that means working tax credit will only give you the disability premium if you meet the above conditions and its not easy.log onto this web site to see if you qualify.www.hmrevenue%26amp;customs or call 08453003900
Reply:Good question, but unfortunately I do not have the answer; try to see advice either at a Job Centre or Citizens Advice Bureau
