I used hrblock freefile and forgot to ask for my telephone tax credit till after I filed.?

I have tried to reach them online and by phone with no luck. Is it ok to file a 1040x on paper and send it myself?

Telephone tax credit does not apply to this years tax filing, that was a 1 (one) time deal, it does not happen every year.
Reply:If you are talking about your 2007 return that you are filing now, forget it, the telephone tax credit was one year only, 2006.
